You're seeing increased increased engagement from your perfect followers by leveraging Instagram Insights, hashtags and Instagram Stories. You are ready to start getting in front of new audiences through intentional and well-considered collaborations. You're starting to see how Instagram works as a large part of your overall online marketing strategy. As a result, you are experiencing an increase in website traffic and email subscribers. In this Stage it's easy to get caught up in validating yourself/business on how many followers your have and how many likes you get, but you're still in a stage of learning what content works best for your audience and your confidence is still developing. What's most important here is your courage to keep showing up with consistency.

Complete the following action items to meet this milestone:
- Do an Instagram Story each day for 3 days as follows:
- Day 1) Take a selfie or select a photo of yourself from your camera roll. Use the text tools to add a short caption that say’s “Hello! I’m (insert name) and I’m the face behind the brand here at (insert business name). Nice to meet you!
- Day 2) Take a photo using the camera on Instagram Stories that shows what you’re doing at that moment. Caption it with the text tools typing ”Currently happening - (insert what you’re doing)“. Tag 3 accounts to keep the game going.
- Day 3) Record a Story where you speak to the camera. Tell your audience that you are excited to get to know them more and you want them to know that you are actually a human, not just a business, so you invite them to send you a DM if they have any questions about your products.
- Watch the lesson Instagram Stories Strategy with Instagram Stories Weekly Planner and create your 7 day Instagram Stories Content Plan and submit it inside of our Facebook Group so that we can see you’ve done this homework.
Complete the following action items to meet this milestone:
- Select one basic opt-in lead magnet idea from the Opt-in Cheat Sheet and create your freebie. E-commerce businesses may choose to give a free coupon, a % off voucher, or simply say that subscribers get VIP offers.
- Share your lead magnet in the Facebook Group. Feel free to ask for feedback from your peers. Use the hashtag #Stage3ListBuilding
- Watch the masterclass on List Building and Sales Boosting Instagram Stories Strategies
- You have a simple email Welcome Sequence automated.Select one basic opt-in lead magnet idea from the Opt-in Cheat Sheet and create your freebie. E-commerce businesses may choose to give a free coupon, a % off voucher, or simply say that subscribers get VIP offers.
Complete the following action items to meet this milestone:
- Watch Influencer Marketing with Alice Bingham and decide if influencer marketing is something you want to do with your business.
- Download and read the IG Stories Takeover Playbook. Come into the Society and find a partner/s to do a Takeover with.
- Host an Instagram giveaway How To Host a Tag Giveaway
Complete the following action items to meet this milestone:
- Watch Hashtag Fundamentals and list 30 hashtags that will put you in front of your audience.
- If you’ve already done more than 60 posts on Instagram, follow these steps to uncover your top performing posts:
1. Select menu on your IG profile.
2. Select Insights.
3. Select Content.
4. Select "See All" under Feed Posts.
5. Filter your results by clicking on Engagement.
6. Select to look at engagement over the last 3 months.
7. Select apply. - Watch Uncovering Your IG Content Strategy. In this training Tracy goes through her TEACH, SHARE, SHOW framework for creating Instagram content. She also shares how to drive traffic to website through these styles of posts. Brainstorm a list of what you could TEACH, SHARE, SHOW in future content. Come into the Facebook group and share a photo of your list.

- Watch the FB Groups Q&A
- Start a free Facebook Group (if including one in your digital strategy) and invite your IG audience to join.
