You’re doing so great. Look at how far you’ve already come. It’s time to leverage Instagram so that it works for you and not the other way around. Growing your email list is essential for online business growth. You own your email list, you do not own your following.

In this Stage, you will be required to slow down, and there may be concepts that are new for you. This is not your hobby, this is your business, and it requires a different version of you. A version of you that is willing to get in front of new audiences and a version of you that is willing to invest time and $ into your business.

MILESTONE 14

You are using IG Live more than once a month.


To meet this milestone, you must complete all action items listed below:


  • Watch the 'Q&A With Tracy - Embracing The Power Of Video On Insta' resource.

  • Go Live on Instagram. Use the 'Action Challenge - Instagram Live' resource to plan and execute your Instagram Live.




  • MILESTONE 15

    You have 500 people on your email list as a result of Instagram marketing.


    To meet this milestone, you must complete all action items listed below:


  • Spend some time researching ConvertKit, MailChimp, Klaviyo and Active Campaign. Decide which platform you're going to go with and set yourself up with email marketing so that you can start collecting email addresses via a banner, pop up or opt-in box on your website or even a landing page. Not sure which platform is right for you? Come ask your peers in our Member's Facebook Group.

  • Create a ‘thank you page’ once they’ve subscribed.
    • Note: As proud users and supporters of ConvertKit in our own business, we are thrilled to be affiliate partners with them.   • Select one basic opt-in lead magnet idea from the 'Opt-in Cheat Sheet' and create your freebie. E-commerce businesses may choose to give a free coupon, a % off voucher, or simply say that subscribers get VIP offers. Share your lead magnet in the Member's Facebook Group. Feel free to ask for feedback from your peers. Use the hashtag #Stage4ListBuilding.

  • You have a simple email Welcome Sequence automated.

  • Watch the masterclass on 'List Building and Sales Boosting Instagram Stories Strategies'.

  • Share your opt-in as a regular CTA for your Instagram content and edit your bio to mention your opt-in so that you’re optimised for list-building.

  • Download and read the resource 'An Overview Of The Types Of Email Automation' that accompanies the masterclass 'Email Automation Explained: How to Increase Sales on Autopilot by Yael Keon'. Select ONE email sequence to write and automate.

  • Watch 'Q&A Tech Talk With Karl' to learn about email segmentation of your audience, email service providers, and the importance of email sequences.




  • MILESTONE 16

  • Download and read the 'IG Stories Takeover Playbook'. Come into the Member's Facebook Group and find a partner/s to do a Takeover with.

  • Host an Instagram giveaway (we recommend the resource 'How To Host a Tag Giveaway').
