Getting started with INSTAGRAM STORIES
In this lesson, I want to help you unlock your confidence, so you can get the most out of this challenge! This is about you, claiming your space, and marketing your business with confidence, on one of the most profitable platforms for business owners currently - Instagram!
Confidence is one of the biggest blocks to showing up on Instagram Stories, so I’m going to be sharing some strategies to help you move past that. Learn my tried and true techniques for gaining confidence, and starting to become more visible on Instagram stories
HOW TO SHOOT AND UPLOAD A VIDEO IN INSTAGRAM STORIES
- From your home screen, tap on the Camera icon in the top left hand corner.
- Now you are in the Instagram Stories interface! If you want to, you can choose a filter from the bottom circles on your screen.
- To start filming your story, choose which camera view you want by using the reverse camera icon (you can choose for it to face you, or outwards).
- With your thumb, press down on the big round centre button to start recording. Keep holding the button to continue the recording. Once you’ve finished, lift your thumb.
- Once you have finished recording, click Next and select Share to Story

Do an Instagram Story that just goes for 15-30 seconds, recording yourself speaking to the camera and saying hello to your audience! Then come back to our Facebook Group and share it on the thread found in the announcements section!
